I am just learning this so bare with me, I just created one page and well I got to spend a bit of time figuring this all out.

Trent Goodwin: Addiction, stenosis, cancer and a gift! Welcome, life is an adventure, some parts good some parts bad, valleys, peaks, challenges, and a few free rides, for the most part life was all about me, it was really good till it wasn't, life in denial and misery followed. Then change came along with a awakening and a second chance at life, I asked why? The answer came "to help others". Change may not be easy, it may be sought or forced, it's not what happened but how I deal with it, that is what I hope to share.
